How to prepare the perfect coffee

1. Fill the boiler with room temperature water up to the safety valve level.
2. Insert the filter and fill it with ground coffee for moka, without pressing.
3. Close the moka pot and place it on low heat.
4. When the coffee has completely risen into the collector, remove from heat.
5. Enjoy the freshly poured coffee to appreciate all its aromas.
   
   

Cleaning and maintenance

To preserve the quality of the Moka pot and the authentic taste of the coffee:

• Rinse with water only after each use.
• Do not use detergents.
• Do not wash in the dishwasher.
