Returns and refunds

1.1 The returns process will only be initiated following your request to exercise your right of withdrawal. In any case, following your request, the Seller will verify that the necessary conditions for initiating a returns process have been met.

1.2 Once a returns procedure has been initiated, the Seller will send you an email containing instructions on how to return the Product.

1.3 You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the Product to the warehouse specified by the Seller.

1.4 You are fully responsible for the shipment until proof of receipt at the warehouse indicated by the Seller is provided. Upon arrival at the address specified by the Seller, the Product will be inspected to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. Should the original packaging and/or wrapping be damaged, the Seller will deduct from the refund due a percentage equal to the respective loss in value of the Product.
